Ristara Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep your current tier's benefits through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Your membership then moves to the Free tier rather than renewing, and nothing further is charged.

2. Charges are otherwise final

Except where this section or applicable law requires otherwise, completed charges are final. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, and canceling does not itself trigger a refund of the current period's charge.

3. Founding memberships

Founding memberships (Pioneer, Founder, and Royal) are one-time payments for lifetime access. They do not renew, and no further charge is ever made against them.

4. Disputes and refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, or you would like to request a refund, contact [email protected]. We review each request individually and respond within a reasonable time. For Founding memberships, refunds are limited to charges made in error, per our Terms.
